3. Firearms Delivery Requirements

FFL Dealers: Firearms can only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. After placing your order, please provide the contact information of the FFL dealer where you want the firearm to be shipped. Your FFL dealer must send a copy of their license to us at [Your Contact Email].

Background Checks: All firearm orders are subject to background checks in accordance with federal and state laws. Firearms will not be shipped until the background check has been successfully completed. You will need to complete a Form 4473 and undergo a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check at the FFL dealer before receiving the firearm.

Age Verification: You must be of legal age to purchase firearms in your state. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all legal age requirements and agree to provide any necessary identification.
4. Ammunition and Accessory Delivery

Ammunition: Ammunition can only be shipped to certain states, counties, or cities where it is legal. Please verify that the ammunition is legal in your area before ordering.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If we can cancel the order before processing or shipping, we will issue a full refund.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for firearms, ammunition, or related products. We only ship to valid U.S. addresses.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the products in your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
